Every strong relationship is nurtured with trust. Alterna’s Trust team upholds the highest standards of integrity and honesty to prove the impact our volunteers have made. They back it up with solid evidence and respond to data requests from volunteers’ entities and other organizations that require validation of their impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure participant data is legitimate and prevent volunteer dishonesty
• Investigate and solve any claims of improper data handling
• Handle and properly manage participants’ information
• Analyze datasets for unbiased research purposes
