Specialist

Operations Specialists are responsible for managing Alterna’s day-to-day operations and procedures. They coordinate and check up on the rest of our teams and are quick to help with what they know when something comes up.

responsibilities you’d have

  • Assist in the orchestration of our multiple teams
    • Assign tasks and projects
    • Implement timelines
    • Oversee development of projects
    • Communicate with other team members
  • Report to Chief Operations Officer on team’s performance constantly
  • Brainstorm on strategies and their applications
  • Conduct analysis to inform strategic decisions
